   Isn't it ironic that the Prime Directive tended to bog down the   
   stories, but when Enterprise had the chance to get away from that   
   concept entirely, they brought it back anyway? Of course, the Vulcans   
   came up with it; figures... But Archer and company had no real reason   
   to follow along with the idea.
