   I'Chaya's death is always brought up when talking about TAS being   
   different from other children's programming of the time.  I could name   
   several movies considered appropriate for children from that era or   
   before that include animal deaths, though.   
   The human death in this episode is off-screen and in the past.  I'm   
   not sure about how the Kzinti die, but we'll get there soon enough.
