   Remind me again why they dumped the Enterprise-D?  Was it because   
   somebody didn't like the design, or because they didn't have enough   
   plot for a movie without destroying the ship again, as in Trek III,   
   only this time dedicating like a quarter of a movie to the shpi's end?
