   Really? This is Iotia... would any of them give a damn about fire   
   frequencies (if they had them)? And considering how hard it was to   
   just get the trash picked up, do ya honestly think they used those   
   percentages and bothered with an emergency broadcast system? Was such   
   a thing even part of old Chicago?   
   Bella made i tpretty clear that he-- they-- didn't really care all   
   that much about radio and other technology; all they cared about were   
   those things in the Book. So why would an AM radio station in old   
   Chicago have a receiver when radio technology is just barely tolerated   
   and it's most important use is to sell Bang Bang-- the sweetest little   
   automatic in the world-- and other delightfully lethal goodies?
