   At some point in the past three days the VOICE News content system has    
   become inaccessible so any posts to submit@os2voice.org can not be    
   processed and forwarded to the VOICE News email list.  The problem is being    
   worked on but I have no idea when the system will return if ever.  In the    
   mean time if you have submitted something to the list or have something new    
   for the list, please email it to me at feedback@os2voice.org and I will
