   Association Editor version 2.1.1 has been released (11/10/2012). This tool   
   allows you to inspect or modify associations set for file and type filters.   
   This version corrects a bug where attempting to add new filters would hang,   
   and source code is now included. Thanks to Lewis Rosenthal for the info.
