Project Description:
Smart Manufacturing (Smart M) Programme Summary: Smart Manufacturing
is robust global standard work processes enabled by enterprise-wide
technologies and tools to drive operational excellence and improve
decision support capability in order to accelerate the journey to
sustainable top quartile performance. Smart Manufacturing’s initial
focus is Proactive Technical Monitoring (PTM).
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support Work Process Project Manager (WP PM) in developing detailed
work plans.
• Team member will support the WP PM and program leadership as needed
in the analysis and implementation of business improvement
initiatives.
• Participate in design, development and potentially implementation of
business process and systems documentation.
• Provide documentation of standards, procedures, process flows and
maps, education material and other materials as needed.
• Proactively gather information regarding business processes for
review and analysis by the Manufacturing Excellence & Support team.
• The Business Process Specialist (Business Analyst) will be required
to demonstrate an understanding of the desired business results and
processes.
• Participate in the development of workshop agendas and materials.
• Provide input to Change Manager to develop change management plans
and materials regarding work process development and implementation.

Skills and Experience:
• Business Analyst Lead experience in medium to large scale projects
• Experience with Project Delivery Framework (PDF) standards,
processes and templates a plus.
• Business process flowcharting and analysis
• Lean and six sigma experience desirable
• Manufacturing and global experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills required to work with program and site
leadership
• Process and results oriented
• Be a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent written
and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with multiple parallel activities and priorities
• Displays good team work ethos and accountable for self actions
• Ability to work with multiple teams
• Experience working on a cross-functional team
• Interest and motivation to understand and deliver desired business

• Good analytical skill in problem solving
