   Hello everybody,     
      
   At Warpstock Europe 2016 we had about 40 visitors and 32 people on Sunday. The   
   final versions of the video's I still need to upload to the right Youtube   
   channel.     
      
   I would again like to thank Udo Schneider for his outstanding video equipment   
   he brought with him and all the spare time he put into covering Warpstock   
   Europe for us with his equipment!     
      
   Its hard for me to see how good an internet connection is when I visit a   
   location. Staff does not know much about the technical details.     
      
   I know a lot of people can not make it and therefor the audio and video stream   
   is provided. Warpstock Europe 2015 and 2016 were both organized at a Youth   
   Hostel. The one in Munich was pretty bad, but the internet was free of charge   
   via Wifi.     
      
   The internet at the Youth Hostel in Cologne you had to pay 1.50 Euro per hour   
   to get access.     
      
   Looking at how many event rooms they have and bedrooms, you would expect a lot   
   more bandwidth! Especially that you need to pay 1.50 per hour! You could not   
   get any other package, except if your organized an event. So they where making   
   enough money on the internet access!   
   During a speed test we got 0.79 megabit upstream! Which is pretty slow. Its   
   was not even enough for the audio stream.     
      
   Anyway one of the things for the next Warpstock Europe is to find a location   
   that has a better internet connection and does not squeeze the line like this.   
   Especially if you have to pay for the connection!     
      
   I am open for suggestions for people where Warpstock Europe 2017 can be   
   organized. Either in Western Germany or in the Netherlands.   
   VOICE can not afford an expensive conference center.     
      
   Normally the event costs around 1000 to 1500 Euro.   
   Hope to see you all there and I want to announce the event location and dates   
   for Warpstock Europe 2017 ASAP.
