   That's odd because ftelnet has nothing to do with the VPN. As long as you can   
   reach your BBS webpage. ftelnet communicated with your BBS via websockets and   
   basically uses the browser as a middleman, so I understand, like a proxy. I   
   know it works fine for me when I VPN into work and I access the website via my   
   work proxy.
