   I made the clone and did the 3.19 to 3.20 update. Tested and rlogin and telnet   
   outbound worked. I went ahead and tried the update again on my main BBS and it   
   worked perfectly this time.    
      
   I did not change anything and cannot explain why, but rlogin and telnet   
   outbound work fine now.
