   If I set that setting to No, then the new user doesn't get a prompt to enter   
   an email address.  I'd like to still get their email address when they sign   
   up, but disable forwarding to netmail at the same time.     
      
   The reason for this is my email server to go from BBS -> Internet does not   
   work since it's blocked by ISP.  I'll look at getting this working at some   
   point.     
      
   So right now, I have allow forwarding to netmail as Yes, and the text.ini with:   
      
   ForwardMailQ: "Forward personal e-mail to network mail address (say no -   
   currently doesn't work)"     
      
   This is a bit clunky.  Maybe it's a feature request.
