   This is new behavior in Synchronet v3.21 (new terminal abstraction):   
      
   When using Qmodem 4.6 or Telemate v4.20, when connected to Synchronet v3.21,   
   once the blink attribute is enabled by the BBS, it never gets disabled in the   
   terminal. e.g. setting "console.attributes = 7" in JS or parsing a Ctrl-AN in   
   a display file/string doesn't disable the blink attribute in the client. I   
   don't see this difference in behavior between Synchronet v3.20 and v3.21 when   
   using SyncTERM however.
