   This is new behavior in Synchronet v3.21 (new terminal abstraction):   
      
   When using Qmodem 4.6, when connected to Synchronet, once the blink attribute   
   is enabled by the BBS, it never gets disabled in the terminal. e.g. setting   
   "console.attributes = 7" in JS or parsing a Ctrl-AN in a display file/string   
   doesn't disable the blink attribute in the client. I don't see this difference   
   in behavior between Synchronet v3.20 and v3.21 when using other terminals   
   (e.g. SyncTERM).
