   Yes, understood allow forwarding to netmail and unique email are separate.  If   
   i set allow netmail to false, the new user doesn't get the option to enter an   
   email address.  I'd like them to still be able to enter an email, but not have   
   sbbs forward emails.   
      
   So as a test - i set allow fwto netmail as Yes in SBBSCFG   
      
   Then in data.txt, I blanked out:   
   "" 499 ForwardMailQ   
      
   This did not ask the for the prompt on new user registration, but the sbbscfg   
   setting still set to forward in the user account.  I guess having the user   
   enter an email and not have it forward is not a setting pair that's possible.   
      
   I did blank out the EnterYourCityState = "" and that worked, so thanks!
