   Would you prefer a global option to turn off all download notifications (for   
   all uploaders and downloaders)? Or maybe turn off all download notifications   
   for "free" files?   
      
   The latter of those 2 could be achieved by setting the text.dat/text.ini   
   "FreeDownloadUserMsg" string to a blank string.   
      
   The former could be achieved by setting the "DownloadUserMsg" string to a   
   blank string.   
      
   It'd also be possible to blank these strings at runtime (via JS) conditionally   
   depending on the user logged-in, but that'd be for the terminal server, not   
   the web server.
