   If I save something in scfg while logged into the BBS and then log out   
   afterward, it appears to trigger the following error:   
      
   term 0008 !ERROR 98 binding Telnet Server socket to port 23: Address already   
   in use   
      
   As far as I can tell, repeatedly logging in and out won't trigger the error   
   unless changes are made in scfg.  Has anyone encountered this issue before or   
   knows how to fix it?
