   The csts.dab file actually won't be created/updated until the statistics   
   "roll-over" to a new date. But since the dsts.ini date value appears to be   
   stuck on "Never" in a new install of v3.20, that doesn't look like that'll   
   ever happen. You can confirm this by waiting a day after installing and then   
   logging in and you'll likely never see the "New Day" log message. So daily   
   events won't run and the csts.tab files (there's actually one in each node   
   directory too), won't get created or updated.   
      
   This bug appears to have been created 5 months ago in commit htt   
   s://gitlab.synchro.net/main/sbbs/-/commit/2064f3a4f71c6656693   
   but I'm still investigating.   
      
   If this is in fact the issue, the work around would be to just edit the   
   various dsts.ini files (in ctrl and each node directory) and set the "Date"   
   field to the current date, e.g.   
   Date=May 1 2025   
      
   Once this is done, new day rollover should happen at/around midnight and the   
   csts.tab files should get created.
