   So that means any users with a security level >= 90 won't be included in   
   statistics.

   What version of "the GUI" are you running? If you look at the ctrl/csts.tab   
   file (it's a plain text file), what do you see?

   What's even more odd is that v3.19 doesn't even use/know about that file   
   (csts.tab), so that's actually impossible. v3.19 crated/used the file   
   ctrl/csts.dab (binary, so don't try to view it). It's v3.20 where the file   
   csts.tab fkile was introduced and is auto-upgraded from csts.dab.

   Fresh install of what version? There seems to be some confusion about v3.19   
   versus v3.20 and what files are used by what.
