   Other follow-up questions: Do other files in your mods directory work as   
   expected? What about the mods/text/menu directory - if you create a file   
   there, does it take precedence over the sbbs/text/menu directory?   
      
   You have SCFG->System->Advanced->Mods Directory set to "../mods/" (the   
   default)?
