   And you're creating the file as all lowercase "answer.msg"? in the   
   sbbs/mods/text directory, all lowercase? What if you create sbbs   
   mods/text/answer.asc or answer.ans instead - any difference?   
      
   What answer.* files exist in your sbbs/text directory?   
      
   I don't really have any theories. Hopefully someone else can chime in with "it   
   works" or "it doesn't work" for them as well.
