   DoorMUD was avaailbel as both 16-bit DOS and 32-bit Windows programs.  I don't   
   know about Ultimate Mud Connector. For DOS programs on Linux, DOSEMU is the   
   answer, or using a Rlogin gateway to a door serve (perhaps running on a   
   different, more suitable OS).
