   In Synchronet v3.20, for example when using the ";help" command from the   
   default shell, hitting 'N' (or the equivalent "No key" or Ctrl-C) at the first   
   auto-pause ("Hit a key") prompt will abort the help output.   
      
   This doesn't happen now with v3.21 (terminal abstraction).
