   To point a Synchronet instance to a particular ctrl directory (overriding the   
   SBBSCTRL environment variable, if it's set, or the default path of   
   /sbbs/ctrl), you must pass the path to the relavnt ctrl/sbbs.ini file on the   
   command-line of sbbs (or sbbs.exe) or the path to the ctrl *directory* on the   
   command-line of sbbsctrl.exe.
