   If you're using BinkIt, then you're not using freqit.js as BinkIT has the   
   FreqIT functionality integrated into it. freqit.js is for enabling Synchronet   
   file request service (responding to file requests) when *not* using BinkIT   
   (e.g. using BinkD instead).
