   So, it seems that I managed to solve the problem, and it had to do with   
   PabloDraw using the newer ^A encoding, which seems to work fine everywhere on   
   the BBS, but for some reason, on the splash screen telnet interface for the   
   built in web client, it needs to use the older ECMA-48 ANSI and CP437/ASCII   
   encoding. After a lot of talking with AI, I found that Moebius encodes that way   
   correctly. So, now the web client is up and running. I haven't announced it to   
   anyone else, yet, so you can be the first to take a look!
