In "scfg > system > New User Prompts > E-mail/Net-Mail Address" Sysops have an
option of Yes/No. Requesting to modify this option to "Yes/No/UserOption". If
sysops picked the UserOption function it would give the new user the option of
supplying a valid email or not. Example of New caller:

[√] Enter your location (e.g. city, state): My Location, State
[√] Enter your gender (MFX): M
[√] Add an email address? (Y/N)
[√] Network mail address (Example: user@domain)

If [N]o is picked for adding an email address the user can add one at a later
date in [D]efault user config. Sysops can communicate the importance of having
a email address in the new user welcome email or via other methods.

The rationale for this request is I've seen a number of new users concerted
with this question and disconnect when asked. And to be fair, i don't want new
callers using the same email they use for Online Banking used on my BBS. This
can also be explained in the new user message. Offering a "UserOption"
choice—where they can decide to share an email or skip it, with the option
to add one later strikes a good balance as it respects their comfort level
while giving sysops and users flexibility.
