   I read on the Letsyncrypt page in the wiki and saw that the script requires   
   port 80 to be used. I was using a proxy between the internet and SBBS and had   
   the web server using port 8080 locally.  I turned off the proxy and set the   
   SBBS web server to use port 80, then I was able to get letsyncrypt.js to run   
   without error and get a new cert.  Another fine example of RTFM.  Thanks for
