   Examining the code further, this change won't work with the modopts.d/* files   
   currently.   
      
   You can, in the mean time, just add the [logonlist:lang=m7] section to the   
   ctrl/modopts.ini file instead.   
      
   I'm pondering a different solution using a separate .ini file per module (e.g.   
   ctrl/logonlist.ini) that doesn't depend on the !include feature of the .ini   
   parser (which doesn't support all use-cases).
