   The only problem with that assumption is the user can see their internet email   
   address, and in the case of a user on my BBS, they have given that to someone   
   to send in an email which they have no idea they can’t receive, whereas with   
   the sending, the BBS tells them during sending that they don’t have   
   sufficient rights so they know.  They can then ask me, and I would give them   
   access to send (subject to checks).   
      
   A solution to allow receiving of internet email, but not sending unless they   
   have a restriction removed (or an exemption added) would be great.
