   Providing examples of full filenames would be helpful in answering our   
   question. It sounds like maybe these temp files from the web server (SSJS   
   files?), which are normally tracked and auto-deleted when the http[s] client   
   session is closed, unless the web server crashes or is otherwise ungracefully   
   terminated.
