   Most notably when creating a new user account, the birthdate entered by the   
   user is incorrectly parsed when converted to the CCYYMMDD format used in the   
   user.tab file. This bug is also apparent when editing user birthdates in the   
   online user editor.   
      
   This bug was introduced (just before the v3.20b release) in commit
