   On macOS, I've seen twice now, in short amount of time, the current user   
   number become 0 while online:   
      
   ```   
   eval user.number   
   Result (number): 0   
   ```   
      
   The first symptom I notice was by posting a message and having no signature   
   and the posting user number was "Digital Man #0".   
      
   I suspect this is caused by some kind of user.tab read or write error, though   
   I didn't see any error logged in either occurrence.
