   Cant see anything on "Node 1" before the event, other than running the logon   
   scripts several minutes earlier.   
      
   The error occurs twice - 11 seconds apart.   
      
   No idea what the user was doing - they were a relatively new user (last day or   
   so) and didn't leave any reports.
