   Are you saying you want the files in bbc/roms to be moved to bbc   
   roms/AMX-mouse (for example) by addfiles.js?

   With that command-line, addfiles will just look in all the storage paths for   
   each "directory" in the Main library for any files that are not already in the   
   filebase for that "directory" and then add them. It doesn't copy or move files.

   I'm not sure what you mean by "try and add files to add the directories".
