   It's an arbitrary value that your maintenance script/program is returning to   
   tell you that something is wrong. There's no standard exit value other than:   
   0 = success   
   non-zero = failure   
      
   I suggest running the maintenance program/script by hand periodically until   
   you can see why its failing sometimes.
