   I think that areas.bbs should honor the ini format as is the trend of the rest   
   of the configuration files   
      
   for example:

   this would make it easier to parse and you could even think of making an "Area   
   manager" GUI with javascript and uifc or within sbbsecho   
      
   or from the command line it could also have utilities like:
