   Are you sure that's the internal code? If the sub-board is in a library with   
   an "internal code prefix", that prefix is automatically added, so I want to   
   make sure you don't actually have a internal code such as USENET   
   USENET_ALLSYSOP or some other madness.   
      
   One way to check/confirm this is with the 'exportcfg.js' script, e.g.:   
      
   jsexec exportcfg msg-subs -grp=USENET   
   ...   
   3       4       127     4       USENET  usenet_allsysop   
   ...
