   Something that might help, if you're on Windows, go into terminal Server   
   Configuration (click the little gear icon in the Terminal Server window) and   
   uncheck "Minimize Externals". This will let you watch the output of the   
   console windows that pop up while the door (and batch file) is running, and   
   could help pinpoint where the error is happening.
