   No, echolist keys are assigned to specific echolists, in EchoCfg->Echolists   
   ... ->Required Key. So if you had and echolist configured for FSXnet, for   
   example, the key you would use to limit access would likely be named something   
   like "FSXnet" (not FSX_GEN).
