   I copied randomString and setSessionValue out into a stand-alone .js file,   
   then ran it via jsexec, and it generated a good string without any 'undefined'   
   bits, so it doesn't look like a jsexec-based litmus will work.   
      
   But creating a (hidden) webv4/pages/000-raspi-test.xjs that calls randomString   
   works (and by works I mean generates 'undefined' so can be used as a litmus):
