   Make uselect() functionality replaceable by loadable module ("Select Item")   
      
   New JS console properties:   
   - uselect_title   
   - uselect_items[].name and .num   
      
   I haven't worked-out the JSDOCS for the console.uselect_items[] yet   
      
   I also made console.color_list[] enumerable as part of this commit since I'll   
   be documenting that (long available) property along with   
   console.uselect_items[].   
      
   Re-arranged/updated the list of Loadable Modules in SCFG a little bit.
