   	ctrl/attr.ini text.dat docs/v321_new.txt src/sbbs3/atcodes.cpp con_out.cpp
   js_console.cpp load_cfg.c msgtoqwk.cpp sbbsdefs.h scfglib.h scfglib2.c
   str_util.c text_defaults.c
   Log Message:
New user (sysop) defined attributes: U (userhigh) and u (userlow)

Defined in the ctrl/attr.ini file and defaults to high-intensity and
low-intensity green (JasHud/MR0 said we should use this file more ...)

Replacing most of occurrences of green in the text.dat strings with the use
of this new Ctrl-A code (U and u), so it's now trivial to change all those
colors with one configuration file change - thanks for the idea mr0!

I tended to (over) use green in the stock strings and files, so this should
help resolve a FAQ: How do I get rid of all the green?!?
