   Log Message:
load_cfg() now requires the length of the text array be passed in

When I add text.dat strings and try to run an app that uses [lib]sbbs[.dll]
but had hadn't been rebuilt with the larger text array, it'd just crash. Now,
we'll get a graceful error message about it instead.

This just resulted in a bunch of one-line changes for all the call sites.
