   Add/use new "words" feature of minutes_to_str()   
      
   For extra verbosity, unit words can be output (e.g. "hours" instead of "h")   
      
   Adds @-code time duration format parameters: 'W'(full words) and 'D'   
   (minimal words, using estimates)   
      
   Change UPTIME code to support time duration format parameters and make the   
   default format "minimal verbal" (C). This is a change from the previous ad-hoc   
   UPTIME code output which was being truncated in the stock text/menu/head.msg   
   file after just a couple days of uptime.   
      
   SBBSCTRL-Win32 uptime is now reported in the status bar using the   
   "minimal word" output.
