   Merge branch 'dd_arc_viewer_example_cfg_and_DDLightbarMenu_refactor' into   
   'master'   
      
   DD Archive Viewer: Now supports .example.cfg configuration files. The .cfg   
   file can also be in sbbs/mods or sbbs/ctrl. Refactored to use DDLightbarMenu   
   instead of its own internal lightbar menu functionality.
