   Fix Graphics in ICE mode   
      
   Translate the blink attribute to the bright BG attribute.   
   This won't work for XBin however since XBin expects that setting   
   the blink attribute will not change the background colour... and   
   since it tends to use blink for everything, this means XBin images   
   will be shown with a bright background.
