   Add a new experimental patch for keyset crash.   
      
   Cryptlib uses the NT 3.1 API for ACLs, which means hard-codeding   
   certain security structure sizes.  Quadruple the sizes of these   
   to see if this fixes the crash DigitalMan is seeing.
