   If Dumas wishes to use secure IRC then he's going to need to pick a server   
   rather than relying on the irc.synchro.net alias since, as he discovered, it's   
   not likely to work.   
      
   irc.endofthelinebbs.com is a reliable server than can be used for secure   
   connections on port 6697.
