   Is the SBBSIMSG.LST file supposed to include all systems that meet the   
   requirements?   
      
   My list only contains 81 lines at any given time. Sometimes I'm in there,   
   other times not. Other sysops (StingRay at A-Net for one) are seeing the same   
   thing.
