   How recently have you updated?  It looks like you're using an older version,   
   as line 9007 (as reported in that error) doesn't correspond to what's in the   
   Synchronet Git repository.  I'd recommend updating your DDMsgReader to the   
   latest version and see if you still get that error.  It might be something   
   I've fixed already.
